Libya
Marsa al Brega (Brega) – 2024>
The Port of Marsa el Brega is located in Al Wahat in the southern region of the Gulf of Sidra
Status: In operation
The Port of Marsa el Brega serves primarily as an offshore oil terminal. The port features alongside berths designed for LNG, products, and chemical traffic. The port is owned and operated by Sirte Oil Company, a subsidiary of the National Oil Corporation, and its primary function is the loading of general cargo, oil, and petrochemical products.
Pavilion operations are concentrated around the waste oil pit located near the oil storage tank farm.
Messla – 2025>
The Messla oil field is located in the Sirte Basin in North Central Libya, about 500 kilometers southeast of Benghazi
Status: Commences Q3 of 2025
The Messla oil field in Sirte basin consist of 54 production wells covering 52.591 acres. The Messla oil field is operated by National Oil Corporation (NOC) subsidiary Arabian Gulf Oil Company (AGOCO).
Pavilion operations will initially be concentrated around lake GC9.

- 1 x Water separator to be installed
- Pavilion water recovery systems to be installed
- Water and oil storage to be erected
Nafoura – 2025>
The Nafoura oil field is located in Libya, in the Sirte basin. The field is situated onshore, and is 450 kilometers south of Benghazi, Libya.
Status: Commences Q3 of 2025
The Arabian Gulf Oil Company (AGOCO), a subsidiary of Libya’s National Oil Corporation, recently completed production tests at the Nafoura oil field. The Y5-51 well achieved a natural production rate of 2,710 barrels of crude oil per day.
Pavilion operations will initially be concentrated around the Central Pump Station 1 & 2.

Zelten – 2025>
The Zelten oil field (now known as the Nasser field) is located at the foot of the Zelten Mountains, about 169 kilometres (105 mi) south of Brega.
Status: Commences Q3 of 2025
Discovered in 1956, Zelten was Libya’s first major oil well, producing about 17,500 bbl/d (2,780 m3/d). In 1959, its reserves were estimated at 2.5 billion barrels (400,000,000 m3) of 38° API oil, lying at 5,500-7,600 feet. The Sirte Oil Company (SOC) is the owner of the Zelten Oil Field in Libya.
Pavilion operations will initially be concentrated around recovering the produced water.
